Delta Airline Task: Finding an airline ticket Good: #8: Aesthetic and minimalist design The visual design of the website is simple and easy on the eyes . It emphasizes the important content of  the page base on what is priority. For example, the booking area is easy to locate as it appears to be the biggest component on the home page and most noticeable. It makes booking a flight easier.  #1: Visibility of system status It shows that the system is updating and processing.  #7: Flexibility and efficiency of use Rating: 0 In general, it was pretty quick to book a flight with Delta.  Bad: #6: Recognition rather than recall Rating: 1 When I try to filter my flight by price and connection time, it does not show me the exact numbers when I adjust the bar.  #10: Help and documentation Rating: 1 I wanted to know if the first carry-on was free.  Kroger Grocery Shopping Retail Goods: Flexibility and efficiency of use Users can adjust the quantity of the item from the current page instead entering a sequenced page.  Celebrity Cruise Usability Heuristics Goods:  Minimalistic and Consistent  The website layout of Celebrity Cruise is well organized and consistent. It utilizes their white space effectively, so the website is able to add multiple content on its page without making the page appear too crowded.  User Control and Freedom The Celebrity Cruise site has a lot of content so most of their page will require the user to scroll often. Regardless of where the user is on the page, the menu page will follow the user, but it does not obstruct the user's view of the page, so it makes navigating flexible and efficient.   Bad:  Recognition Rather than Recall There are multiple ships for Celebrity Cruise and recently I went on their Celebrity Summit ship. The website contains all of their ships, and each ships varies in the activities and amenities. Additionally, the ships amenities and activities is different based on which class plan the user paid for. The website wil...
