Week 1 UX & Method
User Experience Basics
Optimal user experience (UX) is formed by understanding the user's demand and creating an environment that is appealing and easily usable. Below is a User Experience Honeycomb by Peter Moville to described the factors that would build user's satisfaction.
While the process of usability should be simple for the user, the process of creating an effective UX is more complex since the overall production of the UX should also be reflective of the company's image and its presentation to customers.
Methods
The process of creating an effective UX requires a comprehensive goal. This process starts by gathering a team to brainstorm the project's plan along with allocating responsibilities. After a plan has been devised, researching will take place and many test or interview will be held to gather needed information. Then, evaluation of the product will be conducted. The project will also focus on its visual design and the technical interface design. These are the general methods used in production.
